Data collected and purposes

The clevizio.com website is a presentation website: it has no user accounts and no data collection form of its own.

When you book a simulation through our scheduling link, your contact details (name, email address, any information you choose to provide) are collected by the Calendly tool in order to organize and follow up on the meeting. Cookies

The website uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure its audience: pages viewed, where visits come from, device used. This data is used solely to improve the website and is not combined with scheduling information. The website sets no advertising cookies. The presentation video is embedded via YouTube in “nocookie” mode: nothing from YouTube is loaded until you click play.

Recipients and hosting

Scheduling data is processed via Calendly (Calendly LLC), and audience measurement via Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd). The website is hosted by Amazon Web Services in the European Union (Frankfurt region). No data is sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Data relating to a business exchange is kept for the duration of the relationship, and for prospects no longer than three years after the last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to and restrict its processing, and to data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to CLEVIZIO, 1 place Paul Verlaine, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France.
